New volunteer?

As a new volunteer, we recommend that you read Studentersamfundet's Bylaws and Guidelines for Groups. Additionally, we encourage you to check if your group/committee has its own bylaws or similar documents that you should be familiar with.

If you're ready to get a bit more involved, we would love to see you at Studentersamfundet's annual General Assembly, as well as at the member meetings that take place 2-3 times a year.

Emails

Are you having trouble finding the email for other volunteers?

We have an office located at Fibigerstræde 15 on Campus East, and they know everything worth knowing about the organization. So if you ever have questions, they are here to help you. For example, if you are hosting an event and need a room, they can assist with bookings and ticket sales through our webshop. If you need to borrow materials from Studentersamfundet, such as pavilions, a sound box, a grill, or maybe a megaphone, they can help arrange internal transportation to move them from our storage to other locations at AAU, so you don’t have to carry everything yourself. These are just a few of the countless things they can assist with, so don’t hesitate to reach out to them—they can often save you a lot of time and hassle.

It is also the office that helps you if you need reimbursements for activities in your group/committee. To make this process easier for you, we have created some guidelines on how reimbursements work and developed an interactive version of the reimbursement form that should be submitted along with receipts. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to ask the office.
